We are proud to announce that our flagship store in Brentwood has officially opened its doors! That’s right, 7 days a week, every weekday evening and all day on the weekends, you can come by to our HQ.

Whether you’re after great food, Warhammer games with friends or new faces, any and all war gaming goods, new systems, trading cards, or to grab your next favourite board game to play once you get home, Wayland Games Brentwood has it for you.

Opening Weekend Highlights

Last weekend, we let the public into our venue for the first-ever look at the brand-new space, which we all celebrated in style. Our building quickly packed out with wargamers enjoying the many tables we had on offer, alongside demo setups for our made-in-house games: Armoured Clash and Dystopia Wars.

Alongside a busy guild hall, a bustling store, and a packed restaurant, we also ran a raffle for the people who attended! Prizes were graciously given to us by: Steamforged Games, Warcradle, Para Bellum, Corvus Belli, Bandai and Mantic Games, with the luckiest guests out there landing a PS VR 2 and a luxury Perfect Grade Gundam.

We also welcomed in a bunch of the brightest personalities in the tabletop space to come by and check out the venue before we opened to the public - how many faces do you recognise here?

Inside Wayland Games Centre Brentwood

Our store space is one for the history books, featuring a gaming hall with over 60 spaces for intrepid gamers, alongside our kitchen and lounge area, which seats an additional 56 people, for a total of 116 gamers. Alongside tonnes of gaming space, we also stock a tremendous amount of products. Ranges of Warhammer are on full display, featuring sets of 40k, Age of Sigmar, Kill Team, The Old World, Horus Heresy and more. We also carry other game systems, so if you’re in the market for Marvel Crisis Protocol, Malifaux, Conquest, Corvus Belli, Bolt Action, Star Wars Legion AND Shatterpoint - and of course Armoured Clash and Dystopian Wars - make sure you drop by ASAP!

War games not your speed? Don’t fret! We’ve got you covered with varying board games, LEGO and TCGs (including but not limited to: Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, Flesh and Blood, One Piece and more). If you have everything you need to play, why not indulge in the extras? Paints, brushes, playmats, terrain pieces, dice and more await you at Wayland Games.

If none of that is catching your fancy, then no stress! You can always drop by for one of our many events - prerelease events, tournaments and community events await any explorer who fancies meeting new people within their hobbies.

If you’re coming by car, two car parks are available at the front of Wayland Games HQ, with additional gated parking to the side of the building that opens automatically upon arrival.
